Please inquire about our 100% commissions on 100% of your listings 100% of the time and a generous 90% on the buyer side transactions until you reach the $5,000 company cap, then the buyer transactions become 100% to you as well.

There is also a profit share bonus available to all agents from the day you join.

We know how important your paydays are so our brokerage is dedicated to getting you your commission check on the day your transaction closes, sometimes even within an hour or two, with Beach Cities Escrow Services.

Ms. Williams is MBA educated, full time, professional and dedicated to providing full service to your transacted files as well as our paperless 24/7 cloud access to all your files (open or closed). All of this helps you maintain efficiency, ensures smooth transactions and protects you with  completed files at the close of escrow. You will always be confident that your files are DRE compliant, organized and up to date with the latest local & national disclosures.

Education

Protecting you is paramount to the Beach Cities Properties Inc. mission so we make sure to provide you with the most up to date DRE, NAR, CAR and PWR information. Our office meetings go far beyond networking and are held on the first Thursday of each month. Any time sensitive updates go out via email in between our monthly meetings. We effectively equip our agents with critical business tools, the latest real estate news, risk management tips, industry speakers, and of course the latest in tech and trends necessary to help you work smarter and be more productive in your business.
